Our new gynecology product Insemination Cannula is released.
Insemination Cannula is a disposable cannula used in the IUI (intrauterine insemination) method which is applied in the previous step of IVF treatment. This method is used for the gathering eggs with the sperm (semen) samples. The sperm (semen) samples taken from the male are washed in a special way under laboratory conditions and only healthy sperms are injected into the uterus with the insemination cannula. Process is painless and does not require anesthesia. The purpose of IUI is to increase the chances of pregnancy by reaching greater number of healthy sperms into the uterus and then to the tubes by disabling the cervix (cervical). In some cases, cervical mucus (cervical secretion) does not allow the passage of sperm, IUI method helps to eliminate the mucus barrier.
When (IUI) is applied?
The practice of IUI is the most preferred method in most infertility cases as it is an easy, practical, affordable and risk-free process. IUI is approximately tried 4-6 times. IUI is used in such cases:

- Unexplained Infertility;
- Cervical mucus problems;
- Anatomical problems of the cervix;
- The presence of antibodies against sperm (immunological infertility);
- Lack of ovulation in women;
- Sexual dysfunction;
Insemination Cannula should not be used in patients with vaginal or intrauterine infections, previously have sexually infectious diseases, still pregnant (or likely to have pregnancy) or using intrauterine device.
